Buy, Sell and Trade

​We invite you to bring your personal items to trade or sell to the dealers.

Code of Conduct

The following actions are prohibited and may cause your dismissal from the event:

  • Smoking (including electronic cigarettes, smokeless tobacco, and vaporizers) except in designated areas;

  • Behavior deemed by staff personnel to be inappropriate, unlawful, or disruptive (including the use of profanity, abusive or derogatory language, symbols or gestures);

  • Illegal or criminal activity;

  • Possession or use of illegal drugs;

  • Possession of guns, weapons, or other materials which may be considered hazardous or dangerous;

  • Fighting or making threats, including threatening gestures;

  • Littering, damaging, defacing, destroying or removing property;

  • Distributing materials, demonstrating, conducting interviews, taking professional photos, videos, or audio recordings without staff approval;

  • Use of derogatory language.

Event Room Location

We are using the Chattahoochee Room, which is on the 2nd floor and is universally accessible and comfortable for all guests.

Lost and Found

All items found at the end of the show are given to Civic Center staff and can be picked up during normal business hours. Please call to confirm the item is available for pickup at 770-531-2680.

Parking

We have 3 parking lots for the event. Two lots are adjacent to the Gainesville Civic Center on either side (front and side). The third lot is just past the main entrance on the right and offers access to the main entrance via a staircase.

Restrooms

Restrooms are located on the 2nd floor. After using the stairs or elevator, take a left—they are against the far wall.

Security

There are strategically placed security cameras in the event room and in the hallways.

Show Hours of Operation

The show starts at 9:00 AM EST, but you are welcome to arrive as early as 8:30 AM EST. The show ends promptly at 3:00 PM EST.

Wifi

Parks and Recreation network; no password required.
